CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid toward the service. The deposit must be repaid prior to rescheduling. We value your time and prioritize safety, and we understand that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please note that no-show appointments will not be accommodated. Failure to show for your appointment will result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
